We submitted for a quote late on Friday and they made it out on Monday to fix our wind damaged shingles. Tyson was 10 minutes early and had the roof fixed in 20 minutes! Super friendly and excellent work done. Will definitely be using them in the future!

After an extreme wind event which effected our roof, Tyson from Weathertight Roofing was quick to come out to patch the roof and work with us on the installation of a new one. Tyson was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. We appreciated his attention and concern to our issue.

We had a great experience with Weather Tight Roofing from start to finish. The whole process was easy and stress free also ended up being one of the best values for the money. Tyler was especially great to work with—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. After we signed the contract, they were able to get us scheduled the very next week, which was a huge plus. Everything was done exactly as outlined in the contract with no surprises or price increases, which we really appreciated. The crew worked efficiently, and they did a great job keeping the area clean while they were here. Overall, it was a smooth, straightforward experience, and we’re really happy with how the roof turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. My mom is a recent widow after my father, a veteran, passed away from cancer. During an already difficult time she discovered a leak near the solar panels on her roof and began trying to figure out what was wrong. The first roofing company she called told her she needed a full roof replacement and quoted her about $16,000. On top of that, solar company who installed her solar panels initially tried to charge her around $4,500 just to remove the panels so the roof could be repaired. Altogether she was looking at nearly $20,000 in repairs, money she simply did not have. Thankfully we got a second opinion and that is when we met Tyson from Weathertight Roofing Idaho. Tyson took the time to carefully inspect the roof and explain what was actually happening. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he told my mom the truth. Her roof was in good condition and only needed a targeted repair. The actual repair cost ended up being about $2,600. He also helped identify the real cause of the leak. The solar installers had drilled through the roof in two places during installation. When the solar company was confronted with this, they initially tried to charge my mom to remove the panels even though the damage was caused by their work. Tyson helped document the issue and monitored the situation to ensure the solar company ultimately corrected their mistake. What impressed me most is that Tyson and Weathertight Roofing Idaho did not have to handle this situation the way they did. My mom was in a vulnerable position, and they could easily have recommended a full replacement and taken the money. Instead, they chose honesty and integrity. Contractors like this are rare. Tyson was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He even took the time to make friends with my mom's dog. If you want a roofing company you can truly trust to give you an honest assessment and do the right thing, I strongly recommend Weathertight Roofing Idaho.

I had a roof leak at the worst possible time of year (January). I called Weathertight Roofing and Tyson showed up the next day with several options and a quote for me before he left my property. Tyson explained explained the process in detail and made me feel comfortable and confident I had the right company. Tyson had his team working on my roof in less than a week! They were professional, and answered any questions we had. Our new roof was finished in three days and we couldn’t be happier! I had two roofing companies inspect my roof and give me bids before I was referred to Weathertight Roofing. I will definitely be referring Weathertight and Tyson to my family and friends.

Tyson came out to our house and gave us a quote within 48 hours of calling him. He explained everything in detail making it easy to understand. He had his crew here working on our roof in less than a week. His crew was very professional and helpful with any questions. They had our roof completed in 3 days and it looks excellent. I don’t think there are words to express my gratitude to Shane, Tyson and their crew. I’m a small business owner here in the valley that specializes in remodels, patio covers, built ins etc. I recently had some super unfortunate things happen to me, and my business, while in the middle of a large patio cover addition for a client. The situation that happened was a massive hit to my business and put me in a bind that I’ve never been in before. For anyone who owns a small business, and something major happens, you know what I’m talking about. A couple days prior to this unexpected incident, I put a post on FB out looking for a roofing crew to help me on this project… Shane reached out and we set up a time to come get it handled. The early morning we were set up to meet is when the situation happened to me. Shane, Tyson and the crew showed up and I had to explain to them what I was going through, and I’d unfortunately have to cancel. Without a second thought, they basically told me “we got your back”. They got a crew together, regardless of my issues, and got the job done for me immediately. The amount of stress that took off my shoulders is something I cannot express. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and did an incredible job. They got me out of a really tough spot. These are the types of people who make me love the construction world. We are all there to make money and provide a service, but what they did was beyond that. I will never call another roofing company again and they will be the only guys I use for any of my roofing needs. Whether it be business, referrals, personal, family etc. they earned my business for life. I can’t say thank you enough and these are the types of people who deserve all the work in the world. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Some may say the act is not that big for a response like this, but if yall knew the details you’d understand why I am so thankful for their business. As a Veteran and fellow owner of a small business in the Treasure Valley there are a few things I know to look for in selecting the right contractor for an important project. In this case a new metal roof for my business location. Cheapest price is NOT one of them. A high level of customer service; a competitive price for a QUALITY product and installation; and good people to work with ARE. Shane started WEATHERTIGHT off on the right foot with his communication, expert knowledge, timely estimate, and getting us on the schedule ahead of schedule! I can't say enough about the outstanding crew of Roy, Larry, Kade, Charles, Arron, and Douglas. They went well above and beyond expectations in so many ways. The finished product is outstanding.
