We have a 1894 Queen Anne Victorian home with a very steep roof. Finding a roofing company to do the work for a fair price was a nightmare. We called weathertight roofing for a free estimate and were very pleased with their quote and willingness to take on a difficult job. The old roof was torn down and the new roof was installed in 5 days. The employees were respectful of our property, very professional and cleaned the job afterwards. The new roof is beautiful!! I would recommend Weathertight roofing to friends and would use them again in the future.

I got four total bids for the reroofing of our home and storage shed. Two from Owens Corning venders and two from Malarkey roofing firms, one of which was Weathertight Roofing, Inc who is certified in the installation of Malarkey shingles.

On Jan 10^th they arrived to give us the quote. The team was personable, listened to what we wanted done, presented options, and was professional. They presented us with a black folder, with a Letter of Introduction from the president, Mr. David Krings, and contained the history and firm’s ethics of which no others provided. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured. The bid also included a 3-year workmanship warranty, (no other bids contained this) with the best bang for the expense of the reroofing. The best price, quality of the shingle, the overall warranty of the shingles, related materials, and no money down was required. None of the other roofing companies came close to the quality and warranty of their products in their quotations. Note, the high-profile ridge caps are fantastic and provide a great aesthetic appeal to the finished roof. Research for yourself the specifications of the Malarky “Vista” shingles in wind resistance, lift resistance, impact resistance in comparison to the other brands. Furthermore, Aaron the site foreman made the whole project a pleasurable experience and changed out our exhaust vents for the bathrooms upon my request. And the project manager Shane came several times to include upon the conclusion of the project to insure everything was as it should be.

I didn't realize when I started looking for someone to replace my shingles that I would only get one place to even come give me a bid in a timely fashion. Weathertight not only came soon after I called, John Fidanza was very knowledgeable, professional and explained clearly everything that would be done when he gave the bid. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after scraping off two layers of shingles, when they were finished it looked like they have never been here and the roof looked great too! I am very happy with the quick and professional job they did, I would recommend Weathertight Roofing to anyone needing roof work done.
